The Booking Process
Your wedding isn’t just another Saturday on my calendar.
When I limit my bookings to only a few couples annually, it means: you get my full attention, your story matters, quality over quantity, you’re not rushed!

**Inquire**Fill out the contact form or give me a call. Tell me about your wedding date, location, and what you're envisioning for your day.
Step 2:
**Connect**
We'll schedule a phone or video call to get to know each other, talk through your vision, and make sure we're a great fit. No pressure—just a conversation.
Step 3:
**Book Your Date**
Love what you hear? I'll send over a proposal and contract. Once you sign and pay your retainer, your date is officially reserved.
Step 4:
**Plan Together**
In the months leading up to your wedding, we'll work together on timeline planning, location scouting, and any questions that come up. I'm here to support you.
Step 5:
**Your Wedding Day**
Relax and be fully present. I'll handle all the photography while you focus on celebrating with your favorite people.
Step 6:
**Receive Your Gallery**
Within 6-8 weeks, you'll receive your beautifully edited images in a private online gallery. Download, share, and print to your heart's content.

FAQ
**How far in advance should we book? I recommend booking 9-12 months in advance, especially for peak wedding season (May-October). Since I only take 30 couples per year, popular dates fill quickly. That said, if your wedding is coming up soon, reach out—I may have availability!
**Do you travel for weddings? Absolutely! I’m based in the Shenandoah Valley area but I serve couples throughout Virginia, Maryland, DC, Delaware, Pennsylvania and beyond. I also love destination weddings—ask about travel rates for weddings beyond the DMV area.
**Can we see a full wedding gallery? Yes! During our consultation call, I’m happy to share complete wedding galleries so you can see the full scope of coverage and editing style.
**Do you offer engagement sessions? Yes! Engagement sessions are a wonderful way to get comfortable in front of the camera before your wedding day. They’re included in the Gold package.
**What happens if you’re sick or have an emergency? I maintain relationships with trusted backup photographers and have a plan in place for emergencies. In 7+ years, I’ve never missed a wedding, but your day is too important to leave to chance.
**Do you provide the raw/unedited photos? No, I only deliver professionally edited images. Raw files are like a chef’s prep ingredients—the final edited images are the finished meal I’m proud to serve.
**Do you offer albums or prints?Yes! I offer heirloom-quality albums. All packages include digital files with print release, so you’re also free to print wherever you choose.
